Which output size should I choose?
Different platforms require different avatar sizes. WeChat/QQ usually uses 200x200 or 256x256; website comment systems commonly use 64x64 or 128x128; HD display recommends 512x512. If unsure, choose 256x256 to meet most needs. You can also select "Original Size" to keep the original size of the cropped area, or enter a custom size.
How to select the circular area?
After uploading the image, click and drag directly on the image to create a circular selection. You can drag the circular area to move its position, or drag the edge to adjust the size. After confirming the desired circular range, click the "Generate Avatar" button.
Why is preview needed?
The preview function allows you to see the final effect before generating, ensuring the correct area is selected. The preview shows a scaled-down version of the actual avatar effect, helping you evaluate whether the avatar composition is appropriate.
Does the avatar support transparent background?
If you choose PNG format, the generated circular avatar will retain a transparent background, with the area outside the circle being transparent. JPEG format does not support transparency and will automatically fill with white background. WebP format also supports transparency.
